Personal data processing: We process your personal data only to the extent necessary to perform our contract and in line with Czech and European law, in particular the GDPR. As a rule we do not disclose your data to third parties or use it for purposes other than providing the legal services agreed with you.
Recipients and processors: We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for their own purposes. To run certain technical and operational tasks we do, however, use vetted processors who handle the data under a contract and solely on our instructions — in particular the payment gateway provider (payment processing), cloud, e-mail and calendar services, and a tool for the automated processing of documents you send us. These processors are bound by confidentiality and appropriate data-protection safeguards; any transfer outside the EU/EEA takes place only with suitable safeguards under the GDPR.
